The development of digital technology has brought fundamental changes to learning communication practices. Learning processes are no longer confined to physical classrooms but take place through various digital platforms that enable remote, collaborative, and multimodal interactions. This article aims to examine learning communication in the digital era by highlighting the characteristics of digital communication, the transformation of the roles of educators and learners, ethical and literacy challenges, and their implications for educational quality. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing various scholarly sources in the fields of educational communication, linguistics, and learning technology. The findings indicate that learning communication in the digital era is interactive, participatory, and multimodal; however, it faces challenges such as gaps in digital literacy, the degradation of communication ethics, and the potential for miscommunication. Therefore, strengthening digital literacy, pedagogical communication competence, and language ethics is essential to realizing effective and meaningful digital learning
